Practice out loud, before it counts

Reading interview questions off a page doesn't prepare you to answer them under pressure, out loud, in real time. This does — with feedback on what you said and how you said it.

How it works

1

Pick a format

Technical, HR, or mixed — full-length, or a quick 5- or 10-question round if you're short on time.

2

Answer out loud

Each question is read aloud. You respond by speaking, the way an actual interview happens — not by typing.

3

Get feedback on both halves

Content — did your answer cover the right structure? Delivery — your pace and how many filler words you used.

What the feedback actually covers

STAR structure gaps

For behavioural questions, we check whether your answer covers Situation, Task, Action, and Result — and tell you specifically which part was missing.

Speaking pace

Words per minute from your actual recorded answer, so you know if you're rushing or dragging before it's a real interviewer noticing.

Filler words

A count of "um," "like," and similar fillers pulled directly from your spoken answer.

Full session replay

Revisit any past session's questions, your answers, and the feedback — to see whether you're actually improving.

Which format should you pick?

Technical

Best when you have a specific technical interview coming up — DSA, systems, or domain-specific questions matched to your target role.

HR / Behavioural

Best for the HR round specifically — background questions, STAR-structured stories, "why this company" type questions.

Mixed

Best when you don't know exactly what format the actual interview will take — a realistic mix of both, the way many single-round interviews are actually run.

Quick 5 or Power 10

Best the night before an interview, or any time you want a short, focused warm-up rather than a full session.

Frequently asked questions

Is the mock interview actually free?

Your first session every week costs nothing. After that, a session is 10 credits — and every new account starts with 50, so you get a genuinely free weekly interview for as long as you're preparing.

Do I need a microphone?

Every session runs in voice mode — questions are read aloud and you answer by speaking, the way a real interview works. A standard laptop or phone microphone is enough.

What kind of questions does it ask?

Technical, HR/behavioural, or a mixed session — plus shorter formats if you're short on time: a 5-question quick round or a 10-question timed round. You pick the format before you start.

What feedback do I actually get?

Two kinds. Content feedback checks your answer's structure — for behavioural questions, whether you covered Situation, Task, Action, and Result, and flags what's missing. Delivery feedback covers pace and filler-word count from your actual spoken answer.

Can I review a past session afterward?

Yes — every session is saved with a full replay and results summary you can revisit.
